Co Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Ahmed is a highly accomplished Chief Executive Officer with more than 20 years of experience in business leadership, company formation, operational strategy, finance, and executive management. Recognised for a strong strategic mindset, Mr. Ahmed has consistently led organisations through growth, transformation, and complex market environments by combining clear long-term vision with disciplined execution.
Throughout their career, he has played a pivotal role in building and scaling businesses from the ground up, structuring corporate frameworks, and designing sustainable operating models that drive performance. With deep expertise across strategic planning, capital allocation, and organisational leadership, they bring a forward-thinking approach to identifying opportunities, navigating risk, and positioning companies for long-term success.
As CEO, Mr. Ahmed is particularly known for strategic clarity and decisive leadership aligning teams, partners, and investors behind a shared vision while ensuring operational excellence and financial strength. A seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in the energy and commodities trading sector, Ms Hasan has built a reputation for operational leadership, strategic execution, and market insight across global commodity markets. With a strong background as a Chief Operating Officer, Ms Hasan specialises in driving performance, managing complex trading operations, and scaling businesses within the commodities landscape, with expertise and long-standing interest in the energy and mining sectors.
Prior to focusing on senior operational leadership, she has served as Head of Investor Relations at a Geneva-based Family Office, where they managed stakeholder communications, capital strategy, and investor engagement at an international level. Combining deep industry knowledge with disciplined operational management, she brings a pragmatic, results-driven approach to navigating evolving energy markets and building resilient commodities businesses.
A BELLO
Chief Investment Officer
Mr. Bello is an international business executive with over 25 years of professional experience and a multicultural background of Italian-Korean origin. Educated across Germany, Italy, the UK, and the United States, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, a degree in Political Science focused on International Relations, and an MBA from Hult International Business School in London and Shanghai. He began his career in 1996 at the Italian Air Force Academy, serving for more than 14 years as a military officer and fighter pilot. During this time, he flew and instructed on multiple aircraft platforms and participated in NATO missions across Afghanistan, the Balkans, the Middle East, and Africa, specializing in capacity-building assignments as a military advisor. After transitioning to the private sector, he held senior advisory and partnership roles with several international firms in investment migration, financial advisory, and asset management, working across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Based in Dubai since 2016, he works with global organizations and financial platforms serving international investors and institutions.

Head of Legal & Compliance
Mr. Colbert as the Head of Legal & Compliance at Zedistan Capital, where he oversees the company’s global legal strategy, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance across its commodities trading and mining operations in Asia and Africa.
With extensive experience advising companies in the natural resources and commodities sectors, Mr. Colbert has developed deep expertise in cross-border transactions, regulatory frameworks, trade compliance, and risk management within complex emerging markets. He has worked closely with trading desks, mining operators, and logistics teams to ensure that commercial activities align with international regulatory standards and local legal requirements.
Mr. Colbert brings particular experience in navigating regulatory environments in mineral-producing regions, supporting investment and operational activities while maintaining high standards of corporate integrity and transparency. He works closely with executive leadership to strengthen governance systems, mitigate legal and reputational risks, and support the company’s long-term growth in international commodity markets.
C HERTFORD
Senior Mining Geological Engineer
Mr. Hertford is a Senior Mining Geological Engineer with extensive experience in mineral exploration, geological analysis, and mining project development across Africa and Central Asia. Over the course of his career, he has worked on a range of mining projects in Kazakhstan and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), gaining valuable expertise in complex geological environments and mineral-rich regions.
He has been involved in exploration programs, drilling campaigns, geological modelling, and resource evaluation, supporting the advancement of mining projects from early-stage exploration through development.
With strong technical knowledge of regional geology and mining operations, Mr. Hertford works closely with multidisciplinary teams to assess resource potential and support project planning.
Mr. Hertford contributes to the company’s mining initiatives by providing technical insights and geological expertise to support the responsible and efficient development of mineral assets.
M MAHMOOD
Head of Human Resources
Ms Mahmood serves as Head of Human Resources where she leads the development and implementation of the company’s people strategy across its operations in Africa and Asia.
With extensive experience in human resources management within the mining and commodities sectors, Ms Mahmood brings strong expertise in talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational development. [He/She/They] has supported both corporate offices and remote site operations, ensuring the effective management of diverse, multicultural teams in complex operating environments.
Ms. Mahmood works closely with leadership to foster a strong organizational culture, enhance employee engagement, and support the company’s growth through effective people management and development strategies.
